Time for the pictures of the second edition of the Vitry Jam! This time there weren't only the names from the first edition of the Jam in December, but also a lot of new names, naming BUE THE WARRIOR, C215, DAN23, KOSTAR, BRUNO LEYVAL, NIARK1, PIXEL PANCHO, COLLIN VAN DER SLUIJS, SLY2, STEW, SUCETTE, RUTGER TERMOHLEN, TSF and FAKE. They've painted three different spots in the Vitry neighbourhood and it looked like an amazing jam. The amazing pictures are, again, provided by Vitostreet and there's another report done by our friends from StencilhistoryX which is way better then ours because they were actually there. Check it. Of course, more pics after the jump.

Obviously, it's wintertime and instead of painting outside in the cold, the last bits of creativity of the year go into some awesome indoor work. So if you want to give us christmas presents, here are a few suggestions (picture topping this article totally unrelated). So here you have it, amazing prints and no reason NOT to give us an x-mas present this year.
Not only did the amazing crew of FarkFK, Fin DAC, FAKE, Indigo, Ives. One and Nine-O paint an amazing CFYE wall, they also did a fine job in Bob's youth hostel, in the city center of Amsterdam. Nol joined in for a quick painting session as well and together they made the whole place a lot nicer to look at in general! Big shout out to everyone named above, and ofcourse to Bob's youth hostel for being open to all this art! Enjoy.
First..! (yeh I know I'm a whore for the 'exclusives') HUGE stuff infront of the Bristol University. Adam Mclevey, SPQR and FAKE are responsible for this. Since I'm a lazy basterd, here's what I found in my e-mail:
"Bristol University and Upfest invited regional artists Adam Mclevey, SPQR and Dutch artist FAKE to temporarily hang 30ft pieces of street art from the front of the Bristol University building on Queens Road.
FAKE: This 30-foot artwork is titled FAKE LOVE and is actually made with a 20ft hand cut stencil on a 30ft backdrop
Adam Mclevey: This 30-foot crashing police car was painted freehand, and has been recreated for prints as an A2 stencil.
SPQR: Two of SPQR's 'CCTV Coppers' have been done on a large scale, each standing about 25 feet tall."
The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam loves a daring project. Normally they only show older paintings and artworks but every once in a while they step out of their comfort zone to attract some publicity. Last year the exhibited the diamond skull of Damien Hirst, and this year they've worked together with the famous FAKE to give the pond infront of the museum an extra dimension!
