It's always nice when people come to Rome and visit, so when Parisian street artist 'Ender was coming into town, we got to meet up and I photographed him making his first paste up in the city. I was amazed to find out that he's only been doing this for a year after having been a lover of street art his whole life. He had a great Romulus and Remus poster just for Rome, and you can bet I'll be snapping a pic of that too once it's up.

Photos from a fresh pasteup I shot on Friday night in Rome, when Mr. Klevra and Omino71 put up this piece by Iranian artist A1One (who Arden did a great interview with) that was customized by them. More photos after the jump.

Here's a show I wish I could get up to Turin for! In its 5th edition, Across Rewriting will show off 30x30 canvases from more than 80 Italian street artists and writers from across the country. The show will take place in Amantes, a gallery/social center founded in 1996. Curated by Roberto TOS, the show opens December 9 and lasts until January 5.
Some of the participating artists include:
br1, 999, Omino71, Massakre_Mask, Seacreative, Urka, Gec, Halo Halo, and many more....
Now you know that you're doing a good job when your street pieces get framed randomly! This C215 piece in Rome got framed by someone unknown. Courtesy of Romephotoblog. (flickr here)
Orticanoodles stuff is just amazing. Great stencils and paste ups with an impressively unique cutting style. It's a real shame I haven't featured them here before! So here ya go, artists of the week. Orticanoodles.

I love this great black and white photo by Mr. Ado of a wall in Turin with a poster by BR1, who is an artist I think is doing really important work by depicting the everyday lives of Muslim women. In fact, he might have to be one of my next interviews! Check out his new blog to keep up on his work.

It's been a while since we've featured something about our boy DEAM + from Italy. We did a interview with him a while ago, and of course he hasn't been sitting still since. First two are collabo's with Zore and Nedo. Check Deam's Flickr account for more!
